excellent location good room friendly staff missing snacks hot room high deposit
The location is excellent, near many good restaurants. Tram lines are also nearby. The pool was nice and rooms are good. The staff were friendly upon entering.
The room seemed short of any options. There were no snacks or anything in the minibar. The room also seemed hot. I wasn't sure if there was air conditioning. A fifty pound per night security deposit seemed to make less sense when there was nothing in the room.

the location proved convenient near train services and various restaurants. staff members were helpful and accommodating. i enjoyed the facilities including the pool and rooftop bar.
the room had a dusty smell. the air conditioning was difficult to use. pre-made fried eggs sat on a plate at breakfast eliminating the option to specify how i wanted them.
